This 3576 sq foot Restaurant has two brands; Ricky's All-Day Grill (11 years) and Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria (Brand new) located and connected with Best Western hotel.   They share the same parking lot with Holiday Inn just in front of the restaurant. The restaurant has a lot of potential in terms of new development happening and the city's upcoming development (New Recreation centre Project). The asking price is $625,000.

There are 14 staff members working, most of them are experienced with cooking both the brands. There is a small patio as well as a full bar. There is a door that connects the hotel lobby and restaurant.
