We have flexible, affordable loans that are specifically designed to help entrepreneurs start their business. Whether you need financing from $10,000 - $150,000 our Loans Officers are here to help.
Our lending program assists local entrepreneurs in obtaining the financing they need to develop and enhance their businesses. Community Futures provides repayable funding to entrepreneurs for working capital, equipment purchase or lease, and business start-up, purchase or expansion.

Business Plan Service
Venture Connect creates high quality and realistic business plans that incorporate your skills and attributes. The plans include short and long-term goals, marketing strategies and when appropriate noting potential new markets. Venture Connect business plans have been used for financing and immigration program support.

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
This Program is only available within British Columbia.
British Columbia’s economic growth depends on having enough skilled and qualified workers to meet labour market needs. The BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a way for high-demand foreign workers and experienced entrepreneurs to gain permanent residency in BC.

There are a number of avenues immigrant entrepreneurs can apply to become productive business citizens in British Columbia.
Our assistance would be in the form of helping you come up with a business concept, geographic location and preliminary concept for a business that meets the parameters of the specific program. We charge $1,000 for a Basic Business Concept (Regional Pilot), $2,250 for a Basic Business Plan/follow up plan and $3,500 for more involved Business Plans.
