Vetting for the Great BC Business Sale

What is Vetting?
Vetting is a short process that involves a review of your financial information to ensure your business is prepared and the price is validated. 

Does my Business Need to be Vetted? 
If you are a for sale by owner your business must be vetted before it is eligible for exhibition at the GBCBS. If your business is represented by a broker or realtor vetting is unnecessary. 

How Do I Get My Business Vetted?
The fee for this service is $250. Once paid a representative will be in contact to request the initial information including 3 years of financials. This service takes approximately 3-5 days to complete.

Sale Mediation Service

If you are selling privately, and after a buyer has been identified for your business, we will assist you to a successful completion of the sale through preparation of a Letter of Intent for your sale, outlining the agreed upon terms and buyer/seller responsibilities.

Additional Details

Consultation and discussions with both buyer and seller helps to ensure the sale stays on track and is smooth for both parties.
