The sale is intended to include the Chippy’s name and branding, recipes and operating know-how, agreed production equipment, fixtures and smallwares, website and POS setup, and customer goodwill. Major equipment includes a Blodgett industrial convection oven, two Globe 20-quart industrial mixers, a main two-door refrigerator, an eight-bin ice cream freezer and a retail pop fridge. Final inclusions, inventory and any exclusions will be confirmed in the asset schedule.

The premises are leased. A buyer’s lease arrangements and approval must be confirmed with the landlord. Digital accounts, school relationships and any contracts are subject to confirmation of transfer arrangements.

The owners intentionally reduced public opening hours in early 2026 and are seeking a change of direction. A buyer could assess longer opening hours, additional school orders and beverage promotions against local demand, production capacity and staffing costs. Preparation, ordering, cleaning and administration take place in addition to public opening hours.

Financial statements and updated operating records are available to qualified buyers following an initial discussion and confidentiality agreement.
