Established floor coating business for sale, Lower Mainland BC

Description

An established epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating business in the Lower Mainland is for sale as a complete, turnkey package. It does residential and commercial work such as garages, shops and commercial floors. The owners are selling to focus on other business interests.

It would suit an experienced installer who wants their own company, or a painting, flooring or trades contractor looking to add a service.

What's included

- High-roof cargo van set up for coating work

- Commercial floor grinder and two dust extraction vacuums

- Hand tools and shop contents

- An established brand: website, phone number, email and social media

- Customer and job history

- Written procedures and customer care guides

No training is included. If the buyer wants training, the owners can provide it at an hourly rate.

Invoiced revenue was about $277,500 in 2024, $119,000 in 2025, and about $125,000 over the last 12 months. The drop followed the departure of a long-time lead installer, as the owners chose not to rebuild the crew while focusing on other business interests. An owner-operator or an established trade contractor has clear room to bring volume back up.

Asking $89,000. Sold as a complete business only.
