Business History

Poort Technologies Ltd. is a BC incorporated small manufacturer of advanced and exclusive iPad enclosures. In development since 2012, Poorts are a very highly scalable opportunity in the iPad-dominant accessory market.

Poort had a successful trial run on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca until 2019, when the border closed due to Covid, and travel to its Sumas WA small warehouse was no longer allowed. After ten years in development, the owner is now retiring.

The new owner can begin online marketing from anywhere in the world, with very little overhead. There are no employees or leases to assume, and a line of credit is in place (with no debt). Ready for new ownership (90% of shares).

The price ($75K CDN) includes stock (450 pieces ) and two high quality carbon steel (not aluminum) molds, portable to anywhere. Years of design and development have been completed and tested on Amazon.
