Motherhood Boutique in Heart of Downtown

Selling my sweet little Maternity Boutique in the heart of the City. I opened my doors only 10 short months ago and business has been great. I am selling as I am about to have my second baby and cannot run this business and my children with no childcare anymore.

Gross sales in 10 months of operating $200,000 With net sales averaging $180,000

Online store sales in that time were $29,000 ( I think this could grow exponentially with a good marketing plan )

In store inventory at wholesale cost is approximately $37,500 ( which can be added or sold off prior )

Hardware including all tables, clothing racks, front desk, POS system with iPad, new change rooms, mannequins are $16,000 ( I’ve recreated a line sheet that includes about 2 pages of items )

I’ve also had and interior designer come in twice which I paid roughly $19,000. This price included some of the above mentioned hardware plus new paint and accent wall beautiful new lighting fixtures, outdoor paint and the window display!
